We require that you start with a series of one-on-one training sessions with one of our coaches. These sessions are used to familiarize you with the equipment, movements, gym protocols and stimulus that we use in CrossFit. You may continue on with private sessions or enter our group classes. Please contact either Kat at (707)616-5462 or Greg at (707)616-6452 to schedule your start up sessions. The sessions are 8-12 one hour classes in one month, depending on the athlete's abilities.
