Bryan Q. and Kerry I. showed up today with their "A" game as Bryan bested his last CrossFit total by 145 points. That is F@#!ing amazing!!! Kerry completed his first, but smoke checked his last one rep max efforts in previous W.O.D's. Nice job guys. Kat and I also put up some nice numbers but we are very proud of Kerry and Bryan's accomplishments.

If you are looking at this site and thinking that it is too hard, just remember everyone pictured here everyday started at a much lower base line, and have worked their way up. We scale every workout to the individual needs of the athlete and are here to obtain the true potential of every athlete regardless of their fitness level. REMEMBER.... ROME WASN'T BUILT IN A DAY!
