30 Lunges (35/25)
40 Sit Ups

Greg, Amy and I had our butts handed to us this morning and then the afternoon session... Who played then?

Antonietta and Gina getting through some lunges and Carol doing plate cleans. Sometimes you just need to modify a little bit.
Crystal brought a friend, Kristine. She too did the WOD with slight modifications and did a great job. Nice work to everyone today and tonight. You guys and girls are great.
